How does Istanbul Airport transfer work?

After baggage collection, the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. The meeting point is written in the booking confirmation. Even during busy hours, you do not need to search for them; the driver’s phone number is included in the confirmation message.
How long does it take to the city centre?
From Istanbul Airport to Taksim it takes 45-60 minutes in normal traffic. The time is similar for Sultanahmet. Between 07:00-10:00 in the morning and 17:00-20:00 in the evening, add 25-40 minutes to this time. For crossings to the Asian side, the journey can extend to 75-100 minutes due to the side crossing.

What happens if the flight is delayed?
As the driver tracks the flight, any delay is automatically taken into account. You do not need to reschedule or inform us. If the flight is cancelled, it is assessed within the cancellation terms of the booking.
What should be considered when booking?
The flight number, number of passengers, number of suitcases and destination address must be provided in full. If you need a child seat, an intermediate stop or any request other than a name board at the meet-and-greet, this should be stated at the time of booking. Requests added later depend on vehicle availability.
