Vehicle selection and fleet guide
What does choosing the right vehicle depend on?
The most common mistake in vehicle selection is looking only at the number of passengers. A vehicle for six can carry six people, but it may not be able to carry six suitcases. There are two decisive numbers: how many people you are and how many suitcases you have. In airport transfers, the second is often the more limiting one.
The second factor is distance. On a twenty-minute city trip, sitting close together may be tolerable; on a six-hour trip to Ankara, it is not. If your passenger count is at the vehicle’s limit, moving up one class makes a difference on long journeys.
Vehicles in the fleet
- Mercedes E-Class and S-Class — 4 passengers. Sedan options available on request; for small groups, little luggage, and city schedules.
- Mercedes Vito: seating and luggage space vary by vehicle configuration; the suitable vehicle is confirmed from passenger and luggage details together.

- Volkswagen Transporter: passenger and luggage capacity is confirmed from the configuration of the assigned vehicle.
- Mercedes Sprinter: seat count and luggage space vary by vehicle configuration; the suitable option is confirmed from the group and luggage details.
- minibus — up to 25 passengers.
- coach — up to 45 passengers.
How is luggage calculated?
A large suitcase is one that cannot be taken into the cabin. Hand luggage and backpacks are counted separately; they can be carried in the seating area together with the passenger.

What to consider on long journeys?
On intercity trips, seat spacing and interior height matter more than the vehicle class. On a five-hour long trip, legroom is a matter of endurance, not comfort. For large groups, traveling in one vehicle is both more orderly and easier to keep track of than splitting into two vehicles; no one has to wait at intermediate stops.
Standard features in all vehicles
Climate control, a clean and well-maintained interior, water during the journey, luggage handled by the driver, and flight tracking for airport transfers apply to all vehicles. A child seat is provided provided it is specified in the reservation.
Which vehicle for which situation?
- Airport transfer, 2-4 people, standard luggage — Vito is comfortable
- 5-6 people, extra luggage — Transporter or Sprinter
- 8-15-person team or family group — Sprinter
- Congress, wedding, corporate event — minibus or coach
- Small group, city travel, protocol-required program — sedan options
If you are unsure, give the exact number of passengers and suitcases in the reservation; the suitable vehicle will be selected for you. Setting off with the wrong vehicle is a problem that is difficult to solve at the start of the trip.
