What is VIP transfer?
VIP transfer is pre-booked, fixed-price, chauffeur-driven point-to-point transport. You do not drive the vehicle, the driver knows the route, and the price is known before departure. What you are buying is not the vehicle, but the transport being taken care of.
What is the difference from a taxi?
The most obvious difference is that the price is known in advance: the taximeter continues to run in traffic, whereas the transfer price does not change even if the journey takes longer. The second difference is the vehicle — transfer vehicles are selected for luggage capacity and passenger comfort. The third is planning: flight tracking, meet and greet, and waiting time are part of the reservation. To be honest: if you are travelling alone, with hand luggage, and only a short distance within the city, a taxi is more practical and cheaper. Transfer makes sense for crowded journeys, journeys with luggage, time-critical journeys, or long routes.
What is included?

Which vehicle for which situation?
Vito is suitable for small groups with 6 passengers and 4-5 suitcases. Transporter carries one more person in the same class. Sprinter is suitable for larger groups and bulky equipment with options for 10, 13, 15 or 19 passengers. For up to 25 people, a midibus is used; for up to 45 people, a coach is used. If the passenger count is at the limit, the next class of vehicle is preferred; a cramped journey is tiring over long distances.
When does VIP transfer make sense?
For airport arrivals and departures, journeys with large families or teams, time-critical meetings and flight connections, late-night and early-morning departures, situations with a lot of luggage, and long intercity distances.
How is the reservation made?
The departure and arrival points, date and time, and the number of passengers and suitcases are provided; if it is an airport transfer, the flight number is added. The quote is prepared based on this information and, once confirmed, the price is fixed.

No. The confirmed price is fixed; it does not change even if the journey takes longer due to traffic. The price would only change if reservation details such as the route, vehicle or number of passengers were changed.
Is a child seat provided?+
Yes, provided it is specified during reservation. Stating the child's age and weight is sufficient to prepare the correct seat.
What size groups can be transported?+
There are vehicle options from 6 people up to 45 people. Vito and Transporter are for small groups, Sprinter for medium groups, and midibus and coach for larger groups.
How far in advance should I make the reservation?+
As early as possible, especially for larger groups and night-time journeys. Vehicle availability varies according to date and time; early reservation makes it easier to secure a vehicle in the class you want.
