2. Scope of Service

Istanbul VIP Transfer provides the following transfer services in Istanbul and its surrounding areas:

• Airport meet-and-greet and departure transfers (Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen)
• City and intercity VIP transfer
• Hotel transfer services
• Hourly chauffeur-driven car rental
• Corporate and private event transfers

All services are provided with luxury Mercedes vehicles and professional drivers.

3. Reservation and Confirmation

Reservation requests are submitted via the form on this website and are confirmed via WhatsApp. A reservation becomes final only after WhatsApp confirmation is received. Completing the form without confirmation does not constitute a reservation.

4. Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellation and change requests must be submitted via WhatsApp (+90 532 660 08 47).
• Cancellation terms are additionally communicated via WhatsApp at the time of reservation.
• The company reserves the right to decline service in cases of force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, official prohibition, etc.).

5. Limitation of Liability

Istanbul VIP Transfer provides its services with due care. However, no liability is accepted in the following cases:

• Reservation information submitted incorrectly or incompletely by the customer
• Delays beyond the company's control, such as traffic, strikes, or natural disasters
• Missed connections due to the customer's late arrival after the confirmed time
• Situations arising from third-party services (flight cancellations, etc.)

The company's maximum liability is limited to the service fee for the relevant transfer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logo, design) belongs to Istanbul VIP Transfer and is protected by copyright. No content may be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Turkish law. In the event of any dispute, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.

8. Changes to the Terms

The company reserves the right to modify the terms of use without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published. The current terms are always published on this page.
