During reservation, you share your flight number, arrival date, and passenger name. Based on the flight information you provide, the team prepares the greeting plan. When you arrive at the terminal, our professional greeting team welcomes you at the TÜRSAB-designated meeting point; after baggage claim, you are guided to the exit point and to your transfer vehicle.
