Meet-and-greet and protocol

For guests arriving from abroad, the meet-and-greet is part of the first impression. The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign; if requested, the greeting is carried out in the company’s name. For visits requiring protocol, the vehicle class and meet-and-greet arrangement are discussed in advance.

Invoicing and reporting

For corporate use, journeys can be invoiced periodically rather than paid for one by one. Which journey belongs to which department or project is kept on record; this makes allocation easier on the accounting side.

Vehicle selection and team transport

For executive transport, Vito and Transporter are preferred. For team movements, Sprinter (10-19 passengers), minibus (25) or coach (45) is used according to passenger numbers. On fair and congress days, regular hourly shuttles can be planned between the hotel and the event venue.

How is an agreement arranged?
