Meet-and-greet and protocol
For guests arriving from abroad, the meet-and-greet is part of the first impression. Our professional greeting team welcomes your guest at the TÜRSAB-designated meeting point and assists with their luggage; if requested, the greeting is arranged in the company’s name. For visits requiring protocol, the vehicle class and greeting arrangement are discussed in advance.
Invoicing and reporting
In corporate use, trips can be invoiced periodically instead of being paid one by one. Which trip belongs to which department or project is kept on record; this makes allocation easier on the accounting side.
Vehicle selection and team transportation
For executive transportation, Vito and Transporter are preferred. For team movements, Sprinter (10-19 passengers), midibus (25), or bus (45) is used depending on the number of passengers. On fair and congress days, regular hourly shuttles can be planned between the hotel and the event venue.
