Istanbul - Sapanca transfer

Sapanca is one of the nature escapes closest to Istanbul and is often chosen for weekend plans. The journey is carried out door-to-door; we go right to the villa, bungalow or hotel address.

How long does it take?

Under normal conditions it takes 2-2.5 hours. Departures from the Asian side are shorter. On Friday evenings and Sunday returns, traffic becomes heavier; allowing an extra 30-45 minutes at these times is realistic.

What should be considered at villa and bungalow addresses?

Some accommodation points around Sapanca and Maşukiye are on narrow and sloping roads. Providing the full address, and if possible sharing a location link, ensures the vehicle reaches the correct point. If the road conditions are not suitable for the vehicle, we go as far as the nearest suitable point and this is communicated in advance.

Where are the places in Sapanca and the surrounding area?

The area around Sapanca Lake, the riverside facilities in Maşukiye, the ascent to Kartepe, and nearby nature walking points. In winter, access to Kartepe depends on weather conditions.

Daily use

For Sapanca programmes, it is common to keep the vehicle and driver with you throughout the day; when there are multiple stops between the lake area, Maşukiye and Kartepe, arranging separate transfers is cumbersome. For daily use, the programme start, stops and estimated finishing time are discussed in advance.

Which vehicle?

Vito carries 6 passengers and 4-5 suitcases, which is sufficient for most groups on weekend breaks. For larger families and groups of friends, Transporter (7) or Sprinter (10-19) is preferred. In areas with sloping and narrow roads, vehicle size affects route selection.
