What is intercity transfer?
Intercity transfer is door-to-door, chauffeur-driven transport with a fixed price between Istanbul and another city. The difference from coach and plane travel is that there are no transfers and the schedule is arranged around you: you depart at the time you want, stop on the way, and your destination is your door rather than a terminal.

When does it make sense compared with flying?
Intercity transfer stands out for large groups, lots of luggage, pets, night-time travel, or when the destination is far from the airport. For a family of four, door-to-door travel to Ankara or Izmir often takes less time when compared with the total of getting to the airport, waiting, the flight, and onward transport on arrival. To be honest: if you are travelling alone with little luggage to a distant point such as Antalya or Bodrum, flying is both faster and more economical. Transfer becomes more sensible as the number of passengers and amount of luggage increase, rather than simply as the distance grows.
Which vehicle?
Vito carries 6 passengers and 4-5 suitcases, Transporter carries 7 passengers. For long distances, luggage capacity is decisive; for groups close to the limit, Sprinter (10-19 passengers) is preferred. For larger groups, midibuses serve up to 25 and coaches up to 45 passengers.
What should be considered when booking?
The exact departure and arrival addresses, departure time, number of passengers and suitcases, and return date if a round trip is required. If additional stops are needed on the way, these should be stated in advance; stops not on the route change the duration and planning.
